The Ageless Promise

The head of the druid circle near Mistreach, and Freya’s teacher.

An elderly Ulfar woman, tall and bony, with short white hair she cuts herself with a camp knife, and sharp grey eyes that seem to find everything you would rather hide. Rough, blunt, at times offensive: she earned the name Bite, they say, thanks to her sweet character. She loves her druids, and shows it in the least tender ways possible.

The night Mistreach fell she disbanded the circle and sent Ebbi to Springsgate: “the Blond”, as she calls him, since she claims she can never remember his name. Months later she came to Kintargo with Erik, bringing news from the north, and arranged Freya’s trial with the druids of Crystalhurst; her meeting with the druids of the Uskwood left her with a deadly curse.
