The Ageless Promise

A short, sturdy gnome with broad shoulders and hands calloused by a life among ropes and helms. His thick copper beard is woven into small braids tied with salt-worn bronze rings; his sea-green eyes are always on the move, weighing the weather, the sea and the ships. He wears a heavy oilskin coat that smells of salt and fish, and always carries a dark wooden pipe. His voice is rough and powerful, used to rising above wind and waves.

He took a liking to the group when they arrived, though their haggling with Captain Willy did not sit well with him.
