The Ageless Promise

A small, clever draconic creature with mother-of-pearl scales that change shade with the light, almost transparent blue eyes, and a prehensile tail he uses to hold a pen while he talks. He is as tall as a ten-year-old child, but carries himself like someone who has negotiated contracts for decades and never lost an important one. He dresses with maniacal care: tailored waistcoat, silk tie, polished sharkskin boots.

He rented the Ulfar a house in Kintargo. Kidnapped during the disappearances, he was rescued by the group in the temple under Redroof; part of his life energy is gone. His daughter Maz gave Freya a magic fey coin to thank her.
