The Ageless Promise

The woman Sigurd saw in his dream, forty years younger.

An old woman with white hair braided with bone and stone. The group saved her from a shadowcaster’s interrogation, which her illusions helped to cut short. She recognised Sif as a changeling at once, and in a trance revealed to her how her dreams had been spied on, and that she would have to learn to control them.

A few days later she caught up with the group transfigured into a monstrous creature, half horse and half person, and they were forced to put her down.
